RETURN POLICY

• All pieces must be sent back to us in order to receive a refund, exchange, or replacement. Our address can be found here. *contact: questions@goodwoodnyc.com before sending anything back*

If your purchase is damaged upon arrival we will replace it at no cost within 30 days of its delivery.*
If your bracelet or necklace chain breaks, we will re-bead it at not cost within 30 days of its delivery.* After 30 days re-beads are $10-$15.
If your purchase breaks unexpectedly we will replace it at no cost within 30 days of it’s delivery.* Please send a photo of your broken piece when emailing us regarding your piece.
If you receive you piece are are not satisfied, or change your mind, you can only exchange for another item of the same value within 30 days of it’s delivery.


CUSTOM PIECE RETURN POLICY

• All custom pieces must be sent back to us in order to receive a refund, exchange, or replacement. Our address can be found here. *contact your designer before sending anything back to us*

• We require that you approve of multiple steps before we proceed with your order. Once the working image is approved of, your custom piece will no longer be subject to a full refund. If you would like to make changes after any of these steps, you may be subject to additional charges.

• Written Description/Order Summary – If the written description sent is incorrect, do not hesitate to make corrections. This step is made before you pay, and changes may alter your price quote.

• Digital Image/Working Image – We will not engrave anything until this step is approved of. If there is anything that needs to be fixed in the digital draft, we will make corrections until you approve. If you are having trouble viewing the working image, let the designer know.

• Final photograph – Before we ship anything out to you we will send you a photo of your final piece. Once approved, your piece will be packed to shipped within two business days. If you would prefer a picture of your piece being worn, make sure to request it from the designer helping you.

Unsatisfied? When your custom order arrives and you are unhappy with the outcome, contact the designer you worked with to find out what your options are. Again, your piece is not subject to a full refund.
